30-Day Easy Returns

At Rosecapella, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new look, but we understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations. We offer a straightforward, hassle-free return process to make things right.


Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

  • Condition: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition you received it. Products must be in their original packaging, complete with all tags, accessories, and instructions.

  • Hygiene Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, used lash products cannot be returned. If the seal is broken or the lashes have been applied, they are no longer eligible for a return.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we take full responsibility. Rosecapella will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind or purchased the wrong style, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

    • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Note: A $10 restocking fee applies to all "Change of Mind" returns.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at [Your Support Email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

  2. Pack Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all included paperwork. Clearly label the package with your Authorization Number.

  3. Ship It Back: Drop the package at your nearest carrier. We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipping until your refund is processed.


Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the items.

  • Issuing Refunds: After approval, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank statement.
